Warranty

Thank you for entrusting your car’s restoration to our care. We warranty all workmanship as per the work specified on the repair order for “AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR CAR”.

We certify the structural restoration of your car was based upon the manufacturer’s recommended specifications. The warranty covers parts and material used in the repair, to the limits of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Paint is covered with the exception of chipping, over which Terex Auto Body has no control. We use only the finest products, techniques, and workmanship in completing the repair of your car to your total satisfaction.

If a problem should arise with your car, after you have taken delivery, which is related to the repair work performed on your car or procedures used in the repair of your car by Terex Auto Body, you must contact Terex Auto Body immediately or the warranty may be voided.

All warranty claims for repairs must be approved by the manager, and all repairs must be performed at or by Terex Auto Body facility personnel only.

No rental car or other consideration will be furnished by Terex Auto Body in respect to the warranty repairs required unless approved by the manager.

Warranty repairs will be scheduled at Terex Auto Body’s convenience.
